Why did the lineup change?

Like the rest of the world- the music industry is in uncharted territory. Artists have had to postpone countless shows and festivals. Some artists may already be booked, on the other side of the country or not working certain weekends for personal reasons or prior engagements. We did the best we possibly could to postpone the festival and still give our fans an amazing show. Please have grace in this tough time for everyone. We are very excited the show will go on!

Why when I request a refund do I not get my fees back?

We are a small local business, we are trying to keep our employees during this crisis. We are offering numerous options including rolling over your ticket to the next year. In reality, the bank charges us a percentage to take your order, that same percentage is charged to refund back and the software we use all has a cost. We wanted to at least give you an option to refund the cost of the ticket.

Why can't Luke Combs come, when his website has no tour dates listed?

He just isn’t touring during this time.

How will I know it’s safe to come in July and August?

We will continue to monitor what the government recommends, and will place more emphasis on hand washing and sanitizing stations.

What happens if The Country Fest does not go on in August?

Our customers will have two options for ticket modification: 1. Refund (minus fees) 2. Ticket transfer to 2021.
