Your entry Wednesday Night is included in your 3-Day Commuter Ticket (including newly purchased tickets and tickets you rolled over from 2020)! You just pay for parking upon arrival to the venue that evening. Where do I get my bar code scanned to receive my wristband?

Right across the street (Patterson St.) from the parking lot there will be a tent on the right-hand side. This is the ‘Scan-In Tent.’ Upon arrival, take your ticket there to be scanned and you will be given a wristband for the duration you attend the festival. Once you have your wristband you will not need to visit the scan gate again, just keep your wristband on for the rest of your time in the amphitheater.

Am I allowed to bring a cooler into the amphitheater?

No you are not allowed to bring coolers or outside food and drink into the amphitheater. Once inside food, drinks and other beverages will be available.

No there is no assigned seating, every ticket is general admission. However, lawn chairs and blankets are allowed in designated areas. Pit passes are also available for purchase.

What is a Pit Pass?

The ‘Pit’ is a designated section that is blocked off at the very front of the stage. Buying a pit pass allows you to have access to the pit for the day that the ticket is purchased. IT IS AN ADD-ON TICKET. You MUST purchase a 3-day commuter ticket, 3-day festival camping ticket or Deluxe Camping Ticket for admittance to the festival. The pit has a separate bathroom and beer cart.

When can I arrive the day of the concert?

The gates open at 10:00 am and parking will be open at 9:30 am.

How are campsites assigned?

Festival camping tickets are purchased through The Country Fest and those sites are first-come first-serve upon arrival. You show up to the staging area, present your ticket which is scanned and you are given a wristband to wear for the entire weekend. Once you pull to the front of the line you are directed into the campground where a 'placer' will lead you to the next best site available. The 'placer' will work with you to find a site that fits your needs. Deluxe campsites are also available and those are sold through Clay’s Park directly. Visit the ‘Camping’ page for more info!
